I use it and it's very beneficial, but the address is not 100% accurate. Also, the reports are not so flexible, I have to do lots of formatting in excel to achieve my needs.

I have to say one of the technology products I don't have to worry about working or not are my VLS300s. I have the product installed on two vehicles and I would include the "web service" that connects to our back-end system as part of the overall product. It works great. Initially, there were some challenges but that was a couple of years ago. Since then, it works like a champ!

Bought this product to put on my teenage son's car several years ago. It has been great! We have always been able to check up on him and even helped him find his car a few times when he forgot where he parked! It is great to look up on a desktop computer and even on my phone. Can even set up alerts. I highly recommend it!

My Grandpa is 89+ yrs young. His coal box remains stoked with a fire to GO.
A few months back He did not return home before sunset. The next morning after a sleepless night and worry spreading thru the family and close friends I filled out an A.P.B. with our local police department. That afternoon a game warden from one of our area lakes called me with my Grandpa's location. His position was almost a 2 hour drive from home. My Grandpa had gone fishing and gotten stuck.
